Shipping

Would you like to order a product from www.vipair.ca? We currently ship worldwide.

Pricing

Shipping costs for all purchases made on the www.vipair.ca website are calculated according to the weight of the order, the size of the parcel and the delivery method chosen.

Shipping costs are based on the standard rates of the various delivery services. To determine the shipping cost of your order, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once the checkout screen is displayed, simply add your shipping information to calculate the shipping charges.

Delivery delay

Our goal is to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your items are shipped. VIPAIR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes by postal services, carriers or any other event of an exceptional nature, slowing down or preventing the delivery of packages.

Delivery times are based on product availability and the delivery times of the brokers (persons acting as intermediaries in commercial transactions) used. Generally, the delivery time in Quebec is one to two business days to major centers, and two to seven days to the regions and the rest of Canada. 

VIPAIR will not be held responsible for the theft of your merchandise once it has been delivered to your home. In this case, please contact the carrier.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING YOUR VIPAIR PRODUCT: 

• At the time of purchase, it is the customer's responsibility to check that the product ordered is compatible with their vehicle. If in doubt, please contact us at 1-888-4884-5820 or cs@vipair.ca.

• VIPAIR's mission is to reproduce the color of the windshield as closely as possible to match the color of the vehicle. However, according to VIPAIR's standards, windshield color can vary from 10% to 15% of vehicle color. Please note that vehicle color can change with age, vehicle wear and sun exposure. 

• The windshield color shown in the photos on our website is only an approximation for reference purposes. It is not an exact representation of color. 

IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER  and purchased your product through a dealer or other website, please contact them if you have any questions or wish to make a return.

Do you have an item to return?

All returns require a return authorization from VIPAIR. If the product is returned without authorization, no refund will be issued. For all return requests, please contact us by phone at 1 888 484-5820 or by e-mail at cs@vipair.ca so that we can evaluate possible solutions or authorize a return. Supporting photos will be requested.

Returns of VIPAIR products may be accepted if :

• The product(s) have been damaged in transit (with proof).
  

• Non-damaged products may be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery. Please do not write, glue or apply anything to the original packaging.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  

No returns on VIPAIR products will be accepted if:

• The windscreen or other product has been damaged as a result of incorrect installation by the customer or mishandling.

• The windshield has been installed on the vehicle. Before installation, check that the color of the windshield is compatible with your vehicle.

• The film covering the windshield visor has been removed.

• The product has been identified as a final sale or purchased as a demo (unless defective or with missing parts).

Refunds:

No refunds will be issued prior to receipt and verification of merchandise.  Upon receipt of a duly authorized return, we will inform you by e-mail whether or not your return has been accepted. If a refund is issued, it will be made by the same method of payment you used to make your purchase.
