Shipping & Delivery


You wish to order a product on ? We currently ship all over the world and offer competitive shipping rates.


The shipping fees for all purchases, made on, are calculated based on the weight, the size of the package and the delivery method chosen.

The shipping fees are based on standard rates of various delivery services. To determine the shipping charges for your order, simply add the products you wish to buy in your basket and checkout. Once the checkout screen displayed, simply add your shipping information to calculate shipping costs for either a standard shipping or express shipping (standard shipping applies in areas where the accelerated service  may not be available)

Delivery delay

Shipping delay depends on product availability but, generally, delivery in Quebec province is within 24 hours for major cities and from 2 to 7 days for other regions and other Canada provinces. For USA orders, delivery time will depend on how long your package is being held at the borders. For other countries, the shipping mode you've chosen will determine how long your package will take to arrive; for ground delivery, expect a waiting period of 4 to 6 weeks. Express delivery is usually 4 to 10 days.

When the merchandise is not available, a maximum of 10 days can be used to build and ship your order. You will be notified once it's shipped. In case of strike, postal services, carriers, or other exceptional event, slowing or preventing the delivery of parcels, VIPAIR will be responsible to transmit all information, related to the state of shipment of the order. However, VIPAIR cannot be held responsible for delays caused.

Return Policy

Thank you for your product purchase; we work tirelessly to produce great handcrafted, beautiful, and long-lasting products. We are glad to offer you the best customer experience throughout our product return process.

General Rules and Considerations:

  • If there is anything wrong (missing parts, damage, etc.) with the product once you’ve received it, please contact us via phone (1-888-484-5820) or email for us to assess possible corrections or to  authorize a return. Even non-defective returns will need a return authorization.

  • Products can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Please note that all non-defective products must be returned in their perfect working, resalable condition  packaged in the original packaging with the original invoice. Also, please do not write, stick, or apply anything  on the item's original packaging (especially on the delivery labels).  If the original packaging has been altered, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return and return it to you at your expense.

  • Returns can also be refused if the product is not intact and in its original state (if it has been used abusively,  excessively, or in a manner that does not conform to the product's actual intended use). Additionally, the  return will be refused if the protective plastic wraps covering the windshield or other products have been removed.

  • Any product that has been identified as a final sale or that was bought as a demo cannot be returned to us,  except for a product found to be defective.

Return Merchandise Authorization:

  • We must authorize the return before you can ship it back to us. If the product is returned to us without authorization, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

  • Upon the reception of a duly authorized return, we will send you, through email, a confirmation that the  product has been received.

  • It may then take up to 30 days following the email confirmation for you to receive your refund, which will be  processed directly to the original form of payment used by you to make the purchase.

Return Fees:

The return fees and the potential risks of damage in transport (as well as the resulting costs) during the return process are your responsibility. We will only cover the shipping cost of your return if the product bought on our website is found to be damaged or defective. For all other reasons for a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation.
